We ship from Nashville, TN via UPS or Priority Mail. First Class Mail is available for small orders.
Our UPS Shipping rates are equal to the daily pickup rate. We do not charge any handling fees on UPS Orders.
Mail includes a $.50 handling fee. We may change your "order-ship" method if your package is under one pound and your products are safe to mail. We will e-mail you if we switch your delivery.
For International Shipments to Canada, select either Priority Mail or UPS. Shipping charges from Nashville TN to Canada will be added.
You may be charged additional fees, taxes, and tariffs when the package arrives. We do not control or receive any of these fees. Please contact your local post office or contact UPS to determine the fees that you will be charged. If you reject the package we will refund you the product costs but not the shipping.For shipments to Mexico, select UPS or Fedex only. We will add shipping charges to your order. We will e-mail you the shipping charges before we ship the product.
For other international shipments, we will add the most reasonable shipping costs to the invoice and e-mail you the final shipping cost for your approval before we ship the package.

Our oil base paint markers are classified as Hazardous Material - Other Regulated Material (ORM-D). The ink/paint is flammable. These products are banned from the the mail. We have tagged those products with a message to ship by UPS Ground Only. Because of the small amount of ink per pen, the markers qualify for a small package exception and are eligible fo next day air, 2nd day air, UPS Ground to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico at no additional cost.Please call us if you have any questions. 866-354-9431.
