Derwent Inktense Watersoluble Colored Pencils can be used alone as a dry color, or blend them with water to create a much more vibrant tone!
After the color has dried, it becomes a fixed permanent ink that can be worked over the top of. These pencils can even be used to color fabrics!
8mm wide barrel with a 4mm wide core.
Note: The black 2400 Outliner is not water-soluble. Use this pencil for outlines, borders, lettering and more without it blending away with water.
