A collection of Pebeo Porcelaine 150 Fine Tip markers in their full range of colors. Includes Anthracite Black, Earth Brown, Lapis Blue, Peacock Blue, Amazonite Green, Peridot Green, Marseille Yellow, Agate Orange, and Scarlet Red.
These markers have a .7mm plastic tip- great for details and lettering! (Note: These are valve-action tips, so you'll need to press them up & down several times on some scratch paper to the get paint flowing before first use or if you notice paint flow is too light.)
The Pebeo Porcelaine 150 series is the ideal choice for painting, coloring, and lettering on mugs, plates and other dishes, porcelain, china, glazed earthenware, metal, copper, enameled steel, glass, jewelry- pretty much anything that can withstand a baking temperature of 300 degrees F (or 150 degrees C). Once baked in a standard household oven, your artwork becomes permanent, even through dishwashers! If you don't intend on washing your painted piece, air drying alone will leave a permanent mark. Water-based paint will be tack-free in several minutes, and fully dry in at least 24 hours.
Storage Tip: Store the markers horizontally and keep from freezing!
*Note: When marking on dishes, avoid areas that will come in direct contact with food or your mouth. While Pebeo paints are non-toxic and water-based, they have not been tested to be officially labeled as "food safe."
See the HOW TO USE tab for some more tips on using Pebeo Porcelaine Markers!
*Make sure your surface is thoroughly cleaned. Wash with soap and water, then clean with rubbing alcohol to fully degrease. Let it completely dry.
*You can change the intensity of the color by using more than one layer. If you choose to do this, wait for the first layer to completely dry, or it may stick and smudge.
*When ready to bake, put your piece in the oven while still cool. (Dishes put immediately into a hot oven can shatter.) Let it heat up with the oven, bake for around 30 minutes at 300 degrees F (or 150 degrees C), then let it cool down while still inside the oven. (The hot paint marks can smudge.) Be careful not too bake for too long, or at too high of a temperature- the colors can burn and take on a different appearance.
*While the Pebeo paints are non-toxic, they are not meant to come in contact with food, drinks, or your mouth- so be careful not to paint those areas of your dishes.
