HOW TO USE
Painting glossy surfaces like dishes can take some practice. Here are a few tips to remember when using Pebeo paints to help your project be a success!
*Make sure your surface is thoroughly cleaned. Wash with soap and water, then clean with rubbing alcohol to fully degrease. Let it completely dry.
*When ready to bake, put your piece in the oven while still cool. (Dishes put immediately into a hot oven can shatter.) Let it heat up with the oven, bake for around 30 minutes at 300°, then let it cool down while still inside the oven. (The hot paint marks can smudge.) Be careful not too bake for too long, or at too high of a temperature- the colors can burn and take on a different appearance.
*While the Pebeo paints are non-toxic, they are not meant to come in contact with food, drinks, or your mouth- so be careful not to paint those areas of your dishes.
*Try using the Outliner Tubes along with the brush-on Pebeo paints, or Pebeo markers!
